End-to-end, Patrick was the best. He was responsive and engaging - helping us along the way to find exactly what we were looking for. Which wasn't the easiest at times! Patrick asked good questions to help us reflect on our priorities and tradeoffs - he was a great guide in the buying process. He also gave us great advice and worked diligently to ensure we were maximizing our dollar.

We are blown away with Patrick! He was very responsive all hours of the day to answer questions or give a quick call, always able to show us a house when one popped up last minute that we wanted to go look at, knowledgeable and was able to explain everything we asked and just a very friendly and personable realtor! We worked with Patrick for 5 months and it started out as just for fun and quickly turned into a buying and selling situation, we had no idea what we were doing and Patrick took care of everything for us. He held multiple open houses to get our house sold, then when it did sell he was very quick with paperwork and communicated with us through that whole process. We loved working with Patrick to find a house and after 5 months we can say we met a good friend out of our experience! Highly recommend!

Patrick was excellent and easy to work with. He was fast, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Ultimately, he helped us secure a wonderful home that was hard to get in a short amount of time. He clearly has had a lot of experience in the area and provided key insights. It was our first time buying a home and he made our experience enjoyable. My wife and I were first time home buyer. Patrick was very patient in explaining the process and guided us steps by steps in order to find a right one. He was transparent regarding agent's fee etc from the very beginning and providing options based on the house criteria that we provided. We went to see several houses until we found the one that we loved. He was still helping to contact selling agent after we closed the house for questions. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend him to family and friends
