I got connected with Mary from Elite Realty initially through Zillow. She was the second one that started working with me since I had previously worked with a different realtor for a certain property I was interested in. The price for that initial property on auction turned out to be much higher than I expected and the first realtor was difficult to work with. Mary was respectful of my previous connection but worked hard to gain my trust and business. I started looking at quite a few properties through her group before I finally was able to get an accepted offer. Mary follows up quickly. Her staff are well versed and quick to respond as well. We were in the market for a “Condominium” property and Mary Rufledt, Elite Realty Group had the listing…we contacted Mary on Mother’s Day and she was available to show us the property that afternoon (Sunday). We asked Mary to show us the property again on the following day (Monday) and we decided to make an offer…the rest of the story is history…the sellers accepted our offer and we now have our new home. Mary and her staff were a pleasure to work with; they were professional, personable and prompt on staying connected with my wife and me through the closing process. Mary and her team made the process of buying a home as easy as possible, even from across the country. She was able to coordinate complex showings when we had limited time to view homes in a very dynamic market. When it came to negotiating our home price and the terms of sale, she was honest in her assessments and was incredibly responsive.
