Dave provided excellent advice along the entire process that we trusted. He is a professional, and we felt communicated well with seller and selling agent on our behalf. We would contact Dave again in the future should we wish to make an additional purchase of land, and plan on recommending him to our family and friends who also may be in the in market for land or a home in the Hayward, Wisconsin area.

We have now used Dave for selling a house, rental property and a large Farm with hunting (440 acres). From the beginning Dave had very good insight on all these types of properties. Each process was very Methodical. Every step of the way, he did what he said he would do and was professional. I would highly recommend Dave as a Realtor.

Dave and his staff were extremely helpful and available. When it came to putting in our offer, Dave knew exactly what to do to make our offer the one that stood out. We were the lowest offer of three offers, all above asking price, but they took ours because of the way Dave had presented it. I was IMPRESSED!

So awesome to work with!! He always answers his phone and is great about texting and getting answers to questions I have promptly. He worked with the lenders and seller seamlessly and really had everything taken care of for me by the time or signing. Very little work and worry on my end which was perfect for my busy life and schedule. He always made whatever time I had available work. It was the best experience! I Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to call Dave when buying or selling a home in the future.
