Fantastic, Nicholas was very attentive to what we wanted and did a great job making recommendations.And the rest of his team was terrific. When we were struggling with our original realtor, Nicholas gave us some great ideas about how to approach the new market strategy. His team did a great job taking care of the house and taking great pictures and showing us what buyers are focused on at this point especially in our community.

Nico and his team were with us every step of the way. Not just with us, but ahead of us as we navigated a move from Pennsylvania to a full time residence in Naples. We hired Nico without having any prior experience with him. He assisted my family in the sale of my elderly father's condo in Naples. Nico did not disappoint in any way.
