I don’t know if enough can be said about this incredible lady. Kathryn is on top of everything, as well as being honest, full of integrity, and just an extremely helpful person. She went out of her way to make our experience so simple and turnkey. If I could give her 11 stars out of 10, I would. Or in this case, 6 stars out of 5. If you are looking to do anything with real estate, trust me. Use this amazing lady. She personified trust and integrity, and I would use her again in a heartbeat.

It only took one conversation with Kathryn to know that she had our business and that our home buying experience was going to go smoothly. And boy did she not disappoint! My wife and I felt like Kathryn truly placed our needs and preferences above all else. Kathryn has a specific strategy when buying a home that is very efficient and effective, which reduces stress and wasted time to the client (even in the middle of a pandemic). Not only is her knowledge of the real estate market remarkable, she also has experience in corporate finance, the mortgage industry, real estate investments, property management and home remodeling. This allowed her to offer invaluable guidance and advice throughout the whole process. Whether it was issues during the loan approval process, deficiencies discovered during the inspection, or updates that we hoped to add to the house, Kathryn either guided us through the issue herself or “knew a guy” who could, whom she would contact personally on our behalf. Kathryn remained and continues to remain very accessible and responsive, even after closing. Kathryn’s experience and knowledge, coupled with her exemplary negotiating skills, makes her a force to be reckoned with. Thanks to her we secured a beautiful home that is more than we had hoped for and, most importantly, below what we budgeted. Obviously, I highly recommend Kathryn!

Simply put, Kathryn is amazing. We were impressed with how knowledgeable she was about everything from real estate, to financing, to investments, to the technical details about building construction. She is a true professional, very detail-oriented, and is full of great advice and insights. She is also an attentive listener, and was very attuned to the needs and wants of our family during the process of buying our home. We really appreciated that she previewed all the houses we visited the night before. This allowed her to educate us about the said house, and point out defects and pluses while my husband and I visited for the first time. Thus, each visit was very productive. She negotiated a great price for the lovely house we just bought and was patient with the hiccups along the way caused by other entities, and handled them skillfully. Kathryn is always happy to educate, and is always a text or phone call away. We're grateful to her.

Kathryn is an excellent real estate agent, very knowledgeable and hands-on. My home needed some work prior to listing, with Kathryn’s expertise and suggestions the house was ready within weeks, once listed the house was only on the market for one week before I had a contract! If not for Kathryn’s suggestions on what to do with the home prior to listing I do not believe my home would have sold as quickly as it did. The buyers were from out of country and due to Kathryn’s dedication and skills I did not have to worry about the sales process. I was very satisfied with Kathryn’s professionalism, not one detail was overlooked during this process. Selling ones home is a very personal and emotional experience, Kathryn was there for me every step of the way. I would not hesitate to retain Kathryn’s services again, thank you Kathryn for your dedication.
