I was given step by step guidance with local data to ensure the pricing of my mother’s house reflected its worth. A support team was available to answer questions around legal aspects. My home inspection revealed a need for a repair. From the minute we met The Fazzini Group we knew we were in good hands. They listened to our needs and goals and provided great advice to be sure we got there. When it came to pricing our home, they researched the comps of home similar to our, contemporary architecture, they took into consideration the attention that was given to each detail of the custom remodling projects that took place. One which got the house published in House Trends Magazine. The use of 24 carat gold laced tile to accent the glass bead pool. The transforming hardscape / landscape job that transformed our home into our private resort. All in consideration we establish the initial selling price. We also established the bottom line price at the same time. By the way, we got what we asked for.They staged and photographed the house for its advertising presents.Communication was teriffic. Calls and texts returned in that business day.Constant updates on the presents of the house on the market.Every issue that came up, they intersepted it and came to us with a solution. Decisions were made and they would take the necessary steps and introduce the professionals necessary to bring it to closure.The Fazzini Group knew the value of our home and content. They showed and provided the utmost respect and security when showing our home.Paperwork! They have an unbelievable team of magicians working behind the scenes when it come to paperwork. AnnMarie made everything happen with the greatest of ease. Their choice of other professionals, title company, closing agents, etc were all tops in their fields.We consider ourselves blessed to have been referred to the Fazzini Group. Mark Fazzini and the entire Fazzini Team crushed our home sale process. The result was amazing—we sold our home on time at a sale price above our asking price. Someone was available virtually at all times to assist us and speak with us through all issues in the entire process. We were in the midst of relocating and had to make substantial improvements before putting the house on the market, so we needed more than just someone to post a listing.Mark walked us through a detailed evaluation of the current market conditions, gave us solid advice on the improvements we should make to optimize our marketing efforts, and even connected us with and helped coordinate work by contractors. He also set up professional photos and digital staging to ensure our listing made a big splash.The entire Fazzini team played different roles for us throughout the process, ensuring there was absolute continuity of service, whether for open houses or individuals showings, etc. Mark consulted with us in real time on marketing efforts, market conditions, potential buyer feedback, and throughout the negotiation process with multiple potential buyers. Mark and the entire Fazzini team really showed their dedication and value from the point of getting the final purchase contract in place, through inspections and across the finish line to closing. Some serious Inspection challenges came up and Mark guided us through it perfectly, working with our vendors needed to address the issues in our absence since we had already moved out of state by that point. Mark was also with us taking care of all last minute Issues in the days before and even the day of closing. I have no doubt that we could not have closed on time without his efforts and steady hand. We are so happy to have worked with Mark and the Fazzini team to sell our home and highly recommend them to anyone in the market!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mark Fazzini to find our new home. Mark is absolutely one of the most professional people I have ever met or worked with. His knowledge and professionalism made the home buying experience a great experience for my wife and I. We gave Mark the criteria that we were looking for in a home and that is exactly what Mark found for us. I know that Mark has many clients that he is helping at any given time, but I will tell you that the entire time we worked with Mark he made us feel like we were his only clients. Anything we needed or wanted in regards to the home hunt, Mark was there ready to make it happen. With Mark, the entire time we were house hunting, it was never about simply finding us a house.
