We are now purchasing our 2nd home in the Lake Worth area with Loodmy Jacques as our agent. We were looking for a realtor who had knowledge of the area, and was willing to work with us to find our next home with our many varied requirements. Loodmy listened to our needs, took them back to the office and did the research necessary to present us with multiple options. We visited several homes, and, when we finally found the one we liked, Loodmy negotiated with the seller to arrive at a fair price. It's a bit tricky for northerners buying a home in Florida, since there are numerous things to look for and worry about that are not obvious. I recommend Loodmy to potential buyers as he is willing and able to navigate the difficult parts of a home search, work within your budget, recommend modifications, and avoid pitfalls.

Jared Krakowski was a home whisper, he took my few criteria ,very small time frame and found me a home to rent when I was relocating to Florida and even help me when I was in route to Florida, when I buy my house I will only use him he is that good

After conversations with family, I decided I was not able to maintain the house and property as well anymore because of age. Taking their advice I decided to sell the house and move into a senior living place near my daughter. We needed a highly rated realtor who was very familiar with the housing market in the area and who could take over all the aspects of the sale of the property. From all the reviews and word of mouth, Jacques Realty was our top choice for a realtor. From my first meeting with Loodmy I was highly impressed and he proved to be an excellent choice. The staging of the house, the great photographs, the open house and dealing with the bids from buyers, it all worked out great with some bids above the asking price. Jacques Realty was a total package, working with the Title Company and the probate attorney. For any potential seller or buyer, Jacques Realty is the total package for success!!!

Loodmy is an amazing realtor. I cannot say enough about him and his team. Loodmy helped us understand how to get ready to put our house on the market, we talked through steps to ensure it was ready and then he set up weekly calls (actual phone calls) to check in! Our house went up for sale with his guidance, photos, 360 views, etc and we received an offer after just 6 days. We also had a lot of specifics as to times for showings and how much notice we needed. He never forgot any of that. The personal touch and attention to detail was so important to us. It is also very important to note that Loodmy knows exactly how to price a property for sale! If you need a realtor, please call Loodmy! His negotiation skills are top notch so remember that too - he will not forget what you need from your sale. Trust me, you will not be sorry :-)

I definitely will not recommend The Jaques Team due to several significant issues I encountered during my experience.**Communication**: Loodmy was very proactive in getting me to sign a contract on a Saturday, coming in on a day he typically doesn’t work, as he doesn’t answer texts or calls on weekends. However, his communication thereafter was lacking. He only provides updates on Tuesdays, and if you’re unavailable when he calls, you have to speak with his assistant. Requests for calls after certain hours were met with minimal consideration.**Contract**: Beware of the lengthy contract terms—1 year and 5 months, which is well above the usual 3-6 months. Additionally, there are cancellation and marketing fees. If you decide to cancel, you’ll be charged for all flyers and magazines sent out, regardless of whether your property was the sole focus. You’ll also incur charges for flyers and for the water/snacks provided during showings.**Showings**: We had six showings, and the quality varied significantly:- **Showing 1**: The agent sat with headphones on in the kitchen and merely asked visitors to sign in.- **Showing 2**: The same situation as the first showing.- **Showing 3**: An agent walked through the home, provided information about its features, and brought water and snacks.- **Showing 4**: Loodmy, the team leader, left the property during the showing to attend to another property, leaving the home open. He did a good job while present, but this was concerning.- **Showing 5**: The agent arrived late, and I was out of town, so I couldn’t prepare the home. When I called Loodmy about the delay, he didn’t answer, and after 20 minutes, I was told to just text him as he was on a plane.- **Showing 6**: The same agent as in #5 arrived early and did a decent job showing the home, bringing snacks and conducting a home price comparison.Despite my request for shoe covers due to the upstairs carpet, they were not used, which could give buyers the impression that I was difficult.**Offers**: Loodmy was present on the buyers' side but did not negotiate in my favor. If I denied any offers, he would become upset and cut off communication. He even pressured me to lower my home price below market value to facilitate a sale.Overall, my experience with The Jaques Team was disappointing, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.
