Ann Jara sold my Delray Beach condo in 2015, "above market price." In 2016, Ann sold my next home in a local golf community, both closing at lightening speed, even with the challenges of HOA/Golf Board approvals. She has years of experience, great connections, and one great negotiator.

I was previously the owner of a condominium in the Quail Ridge country club, and Ann Jara was the agent who represented me in selling the property. She was also the agent who represented the seller when I acquired the property approximately five years before selling it. Ann is a highly responsive and professional realtor that manages the Quail Ridge real estate group and specializes in the Quail Ridge country club community. She's extremely honest and helpful, she was always willing to show the home and make best efforts to market and then sell the property. I would highly recommend using Ann for any transactions within Quail Ridge.

It was a tremendous experience; we boughy three properties in Quail Ridge from Ann and we brought a lot of friends. Ann is a true professional, a soft selling agent and she knows Quail so very well...like anybody else. Her staff is also extremely competent and dealing with all of them is great ...you don't have to worry about paperwork, inspections,etc. They take care of all for you.

Ann Jara and her team including Joan Davis were most helpful. Clearly they are professionals and straight shooters. Rare in this era of "say anything" to make a buck.. While the transaction could not be completed I will use Ann's service if possible in the future.UPDATE-Things worked out and closed on the property recently. If I could give Ann ten stars I would. She is generous with her time, honest and most capable. I feel you can trust Ann Jara and Joan Davis without any hesitation or reservation.

Ann Jara helped us and her Quail Ridge Realty team to find a suitable buyer. This all happened during a time when the economy was not good and there were up to 30 other condos the same model as ours on the market.She was always fair, understanding, receptive and helpful. She taught us the type of patience we needed in tough real estate market situations.Then she suggested a community for us to consider when we moved. We did buy in her recommended area, and we are delighted with our new surroundings.
