I had inquired about a property that Judi was listed as sellers agent along with another local agent, in which the night before I had given my pre approval and proof of funds as requested (my intent was for this agent to represent me as well). An appointment was made to see the property for next day. The next day, I get a text from the other listing agent, asking to contact Judi(intended to represent the me in the transaction). I contacted Judi to view the property and right as I mentioned that I had submitted my information to the other realtor, she immediately said let me get your information and I will contact your lender, with no explanation as to why that was the case. Later on, I get a call from my lender and said to go ahead and call Judi back, if I wanted to proceed. After digging in and doing some more homework on the property, I come to find you that the sellers had added 2 additional rooms to the house, with over 700+ sq ft, which is absolutely okay. So I looked up the property on the county site and it mentioned it’s original sq ft (before the sellers added 2 additional rooms). When I called Judi back, she had absolutely nothing about the property, I asked her if the areas that were newly built are permitted and licensed, she had no idea, I’m which she was rude throughout the whole conversation. Come to find out the areas where not permitted (she tried to say the county site may be outdated) but isn’t that we’re you come handy and say let me look into this for you? Or something that’s helpful? She went on and to say she has sold many other properties that didn’t have the same square footage as permitted, which I find crazy… If you are going to represent the seller, the least you can do is answer questions about the property, otherwise what are you being helpful about? As buyers, we’re not asking you to be a tax, appraisal, or insurance expert. But the least you can do is guide or provide helpful information. I’ve been on the market for a while, and I have never experienced such terrible experience with a realtor.
Judi is absolutely amazing! We were fortunate enough to see all of the stellar reviews and called her up and ended up engaging her as the listing agent on my mom's home. She helped my mom with all of the miscellaneous projects - large and small - that you don't realize you need to think about when you are moving out of a home after 20 years. She gave my mom excellent advice, held her hand through the entire process - start to finish, and the end result was that we were in escrow within 24 hours of listing her home. Do yourself a favor, call Judi! You'll be so glad you did.
We LOVED our experience with Judi. She welcomed us with open arms as we moved across the country, made us feel like family, and helped us to find the home we were looking for. She even got our twin boys "welcome home" gifts, which was the icing on the cake. I'd recommend her to anyone!!
Judi is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. She was extremely communicative, responded to my questions beyond working hours, and remained patient with me through our out-of-state rental process. I had complete trust in her to secure us the place and would no doubt work with her again in the future.

This agent does not have the skills needed to be responsive in a short time, she promises she calls, and she never calls back. If someone like her is an agent ought to know how to be a responsible person....Not helpful and never responds on time...Disappointing person.

This agent basically told me that there were no homes available and that I wouldn't find a home, she was aggressive in a negative way as if she didn't want anyone to move to Oregon. I would not recommended her to anyone.
