Craig Martin and his team are top notch realtors. Everyone on the team was super nice and knowledgeable. Craig is a great negotiator and I received multiple offers above asking price. He saw more value in my home than I did. I highly recommend and would use Craig Martin services again.

Craig and his group provided us with exceptional service when selling our home. He provided us with an escrow company that estimated the cost of escrow and followed up with the cost of selling our home. He provided us with and discussed the pros and cons of multiple offers we received.

It's a long overdue for Craig. We were first time buyers in the market when Craig helped us find our home. We could not have been more happier with our choice. He helped us each and every way in terms of finding the right home, suggesting pros and cons, negotiations etc. He is very knowledgable about price, houses and locality. He is not someone who would put his interest first before clients. We highly recommend him.

Craig made our house hunting experience seamless. We were moving from New York and had a long list of what we were looking for. Craig listened and dedicated so much time making sure we became familiar with Santa Clarita. We saw many homes, and spent so much time texting and talking. Craig is a dedicated professional, incredibly honest and so responsive. We found a beautiful home and Craig was there for us every step of the way. He values high integrity and being available and we will be forever grateful for his kindness and dedication.

This is my second review for Craig!!! True to our word, we called Craig again when we were ready to move from our condo to a house. He helped us find the right home and advised us throughout the whole process. With over 20 plus years in the business, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He again helped us moved and provided a rebate back towards our closing cost. We would definitely recommend Craig to any of our friends or family. Craig has become more than just a Realtor to us, he is our friend now!!. Thank you Craig for everything!!

We had a phenomenal experience. He knows what he’s doing and how to make a deal happen that satisfies everyone involved. The entire time throughout the buying process he was in control and prepared to address any potential problems that could have developed. He empathizes with the customers feelings and able to alleviate their anxiety. He is highly recommend !

One day I randomly called Craig Martin (without knowing anything about him) with a general real estate question. He took the time to answer all the concerns I had, and gave this retiree with just a small amount of money to spend, HOPE!!! (realistic hope)....So eight months later when we were ready to buy, of course we contacted him. He was very knowledgeable, and saved us lots of money in the transaction! He never pressured us to go for the most expensive place we qualified for, but wanted us to be happy! This guy actually cares about his clients!!! He definitely went the extra mile, and actually paid for our move! We are very grateful for his services and his patience with us!!! We highly recommend!!!

My wife and I have recently purchased our first home and we were so lucky to have found Craig to help us with this major purchase. From the beginning Craig was extremely helpful and polite. Since most of our home buying knowledge cam from our personal research online, we had plenty of questions that still needed to be answered. Craig was able to answer all of our questions. He is obviously very experienced and it shows throughout the home buying process. Not only did he help us find an amazing home but he was also able to provide us with great suggestions and recommendations. Once we found the house Craig was able to close out our escrow on time without any issues. At closing Craig provided us a credit that we used towards the house and he also paid for our move! We couldn't have asked for anything more from Craig. He truly made our first home buying experience as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be working with Craig again in the future.

Let me start off by saying that Craig will be with you every step of the way. Not just with buying a house but also with also all the other things that come up once you close/sell your home. He was recommended to us by one of the parents whom we met at my daughters school and boy are we ever grateful. After going through about 3 agents before finding Craig, we were ready to take a break from looking at houses and quite frankly we were tired. Tired of agents not returning calls, tired of agents telling us to bid higher and higher. Once Craig came into the picture he was incredibly patient and never pushed us to bid out of our comfort zone. In the end, we found a beautiful home and he gladly kicked in money from his commission to help with the purchase of the house. No other agent came close to the level of service he offered and the 5k towards our closing costs really helped. Can you say big screen tv!!!! Haha. Most agents would collect their paycheck and move on to the next client. Not Craig. After closing he helped us find a painter, carpet cleaner, and window cleaner, plus he paid for our moving cost! Give this guy a chance. You won't regret it.
