Tracy Do's team is the best. Top-tier professionals. Her team deftly assisted me with my house sale and it was smooth as could be. I felt very well taken care of, and felt well informed and respected throughout the entire process. They eased any anxieties I had, and I never felt they were pushing me toward any outcome. If I had more houses to sell with them, I would, and I'd certainly recommend using them for a future potential house purchse. I can't recommend them highly enough for all our real estate needs. Best in class!

My husband and I had met a few agents, mostly through the big online companies at showings and felt a bit jaded by it all very quickly. We naively started our home search on our own, trying to navigate the process with essentially no real estate knowledge. We happened to walk into an open house where we met Hanna, an agent on the Tracy Do team. We stayed for a while, talking about the area, different homes we've seen, and our experiences thus far in our search. We spent so much time there and felt like we learned so much, just from that interaction. I took her card and when we left that open house, we immediately both reflected on how we felt excited by the process again; I emailed her right then and there. From start to finish, Hanna was helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, and so patient. We owe so much of us achieving this milestone to Hanna, and are so grateful to have been able to work so closely with and share this accomplishment with her. I worked with Thais, Victor, and Tracy both on selling my previous home and purchasing a replacement. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and would gladly refer any of my family or friends to them.Last summer/fall, they put an an inordinate amount of work into prepping my old home in an up and coming neighborhood and getting it ready to list. Tracy is very well known in NELA and the adjacent areas for the gorgeous homes that she represents as an agent.... but so much of that can be attributed to the extensive, detailed work that their team puts into getting the listings ready for the market. They helped me secure an all-cash offer and during escrow, they handled the negotiations ethically and respectfully.After successfully selling that home, Thais and Victor were there with me every step of the way in my search for a replacement property. It's no secret that the market is absolutely brutal for buyers and homes go for way over asking price. Additionally, I'm probably not the easiest client to work with (as I'm fairly picky and occasionally, indecisive), but we finally were able to able to close on a Craftsman style home in Uptown Whittier. Thais had written a countless number of offers and fought tooth and nail to get me into a home I know I will love - and in this market, I couldn't have done it with another realtor.I did not have a great experience working with my former agent, so it has been such a breath of fresh air to work with Thais, Victor, and Tracy. It's somewhat of a cliché that agent need to serve double duty as therapists for their clients and I have found that to be eerily accurate. Selling and buying a home can be an incredibly challenging and emotional experience and the team was there for me throughout the highs and lows one experiences in the cutthroat world that is Los Angeles real estate.

We bought our new house and subsequently sold our previous house through Tracy Do, working with broker Elias Tebache. I can not begin to express how wonderful our experience was! Elias held our hands through the process, offered so much insight and knowledge but kept us laughing and happy. Finding a place took over 2 years but I never once felt like he wasn't still on the hunt for us. Tracy was always there as well to offer thoughts and advice. We were so happy with the sale price we got for our house and are living our best lives in our new place. We have so much gratitude for Tracy and her team! Truly the absolute best.

Elias was extremely flexible and accommodating about showing the property, and the team gave me an exceptional assessment of the market at the time of listing. Because of Tracy, Elias, and their team, the house sold in 3 days --- over the asking price and with a 10-day closing!
