Neil was recommended to us as the best in Santa Clarita few years ago . We were told by previous clients if anybody’s gonna get it done it’s going to be Neil and his wonderful team .They sure were right !!!! We kept in touch with him throughout years and told him we’d let him know when we’re ready to sell and move to Pismo full-time. Neal and his team were fabulous. They listened to what we were wanting to do with the approach to selling our home of 23 years . Neal and his entire team did an absolutely amazing job in selling my home. Everyone I spoke took about Neal said that he was the best and he lived up to the hype. He helped to navigate some tricky situations with ease and professionalism. He gave extremely useful advice in the preparation of the home striking a balance of making small repairs or enhancements to maximize its potential. His team did a stellar job preparing, photographing, and marketing the home. They laid out an easy to follow plan and then proceeded to execute it with amazing precision.
