We had a wonderful experience working with Lily and Kate on both buying and selling our homes. We first worked with them when buying our new home, and we were very impressed with their experience, professionalism, and knowledge of the local market in Fountain Valley and the surrounding areas. Because of that good experience, we felt very comfortable staying with Lily and Kate when it came time to sell our home.As first-time sellers, we had a lot of questions and were not always sure what to expect. Lily and Kate guided us through the process with patience and care. Lily has vast experience and is very efficient and organized. She planned things ahead of time, gave us good advice, and helped make the whole process feel much less stressful. Their team also helped coordinate handyman work, painting, plumbing, and cleaning with very little hassle for us. They even helped negotiate pricing with vendors, which saved us money.Communication was excellent throughout the process. My wife and parents all liked working with Lily and Kate, and we felt they understood our family’s needs very well. Kate was very communicative, easy to work with, and always responsive. She also speaks Vietnamese, which was very helpful during the open house and negotiation process.During the selling process, we received many offers after the first few open houses. There were still some challenges with offers and negotiation, but Lily and Kate handled the situation well and helped us stay focused. In the end, we were very happy with the result, and the house sold for over $130,000 above the listing price.We also really appreciated their team and support staff. We liked the photos and staging very much, and felt the home was presented very well.Overall, we are very satisfied with Lily, Kate, and their team. They made both the buying and selling experience much easier, warmer, and more organized for us. We would gladly recommend them to other buyers and sellers.

Lily Campbell and her team went above and beyond what I thought they would be doing . They handled everything and always kept me informed as things moved along. My home sold so quickly and I had 12 offers, of which 10 were well over the asking price. The home had been in our family for 70 years and Lily saw things in it that were attractive to a lot of buyers, that I hadn't even thought about. Lily and her team treated it like a special place that was worth the asking price and I was so shocked when we ended up with over $70,000 more than what we asked. If you are thinking of selling your home, call Lily Campbell you won't be disappointed.

We chose Lily Campbell as our selling realtor after looking at the sales performance records of many OC realtors. It turned out to be a great choice. I don’t impress easily, but I was highly impressed with Lily and her team throughout the process. From the time we first met them, Lily and Lauren worked very hard, at all hours of the day and night, even over a holiday weekend, to do everything possible to sell our house as quickly as possible and for the highest sale price possible. All of their suggestions turned out to be spot-on. They were very helpful in getting a few small issues resolved, so the house would present better. They greatly exceeded our expectations – we had some 25 offers within the first few days. Most of those were over our asking price (which was the same as Zillow’s estimated price). We would have been content with that, or even the Zillow price, but Lily and Lauren kept working hard and got us even higher counter-offers. The house was sold within a week, and for 17% over asking price. Lily and Lauren were totally professional and incredibly hard-working throughout the process.Trust Lily and let her work her magic for you – you will be very glad you did.

Lilly delivered exactly what she promised and exceeded my expectations as a listing agent in Orange County, CA.I first met Lilly because she was representing another home on our street, and I’ll admit I was initially apprehensive about hiring an agent without a personal referral. She presented herself as the #1 agent in the area and backed it up with reports showing consistent performance over many years, but I still wondered if it was just a polished sales pitch. In the end, I decided to take a leap of faith and I’m very glad I did.From day one, Lilly was clear that her goals were to sell our home quickly and for the highest possible price, and she followed through on both. She guided us through pricing and preparation, handled many of the hurdles we faced, and really negotiated with our best interest in mind.
