Jesse was very friendly and easy to work with. Mercedes, his assistant, was always there to step in and help where needed. We sold a home and pulled off a concurrent close with our purchase. Had an excellent photographer, and resources available to help with all the different aspects of buying and selling.

Jessie is so real and knowledgeable! He was always very upfront about everything, which I greatly appreciated!! We asked Jessie to help us with a couple of difficult task and he went out of his way to take care of both for us, and for this I am very grateful!! We needed to close quickly, 8 business days from when we made our offer, and he made this happen! Also under the current COVID circumstances we wanted to complete the transaction 100% remotely and he also made this happen! Now I know every circumstance is different and this was something that he could accomplish with a cash purchase and a motivated seller, and I do know that he will let you know what he can and can’t accomplish very clearly. I will always appreciate Jessie and his assistant Mercedes as they were both VERY on top of EVERYTHING!! Could not of asked for a better experience! I will definitely call Jessie for any other realtor needs and will highly recommend him to all of our friends and family! Thank you Jessie!!

I always read reviews so I wanted to leave one for Jesse Cope. He knows the area and he knows real estate. We have moved to another area and will miss having him to sell our next home. Jesse helped us sell our home in 2015. He did a fantastic job and the house sold in one day! We are now moving out of town so he is selling our house for us again. We would not use anyone else. He knows the area and he knows the market. He is also a very likeable guy and very easy to work with.

I heard about Jesse from a friend, his reputation for knowledge and commitment to getting the job done got him a first meeting. He came prepared knowing what was published on our home and a well thought out strategy to get more exposure and interest. We had an open conversation about the challenges of selling this property with his commitment to open communications around how to improve the sales experience of the potential buyers, and our need to understand the time and tools used to market the home.We did a complete top to bottom walk through of the home with a straight forward review of positive and negatives attributes.The professional pictures including the drone shot looked great. Jesse established multiple lines of communication for us and always responded quickly to our questions throughout the sales process start to finish. We appreciate the frequent feedback from potential buyers on the home which let us know how frequently the home was being shown. The negotiations around price and inspection were positive and effective leaving us feeling good about the people and process. We always felt that we were getting 100% from Jesse based on some of the blunt open conversations we had which we appreciated. We didn't need feel good feedback we wanted honest feedback quickly. We knew the home would be a challenge to sell based on square footage, location, and price in hindsight we had a great finish. Thanks Jesse
