Scott was wonderful in helping us with a recent estate sale. His expertise in marketing the home with large shop resulted in an almost immediate sale. He was always available for questions and his knowledge was very apparent. He was always accommodating to our schedules and never made us feel we were taking too much of his time. He was professional and easy to communicate with and always made us feel comfortable. His assistant, Stacey, was also so kind and helpful. One word to sum up this team would be AWESOME! I'm a top producing REALTOR in Utah and so who I use to represent me buy/sell real estate is very important to me. I found a home for sale in Rose Valley where I grew up that I absolutely had to have. Unfortunately it went under contract the day I saw it but I knew that if I called the best Realtor in the area there was still a chance to acquire the home. I looked up agents on REAL TRENDS, ask for recomendations,.. Scott is at the very top. The ONLY reason I was able to get the home was because of Scott and his reputation, his experience, and responsiveness.. no other reason. Scott is truly the best! When we sold our house he gave us ideas on things we could do to improve resale value and he even hired a professional photographer to take pictures of our house. When we were looking to buy he showed us a lot of houses and I never felt pressured to buy. I recommend him to all my friends and family.
