Kristin was a great person to work with. She helped us get our house prepped to sell, even helping us find a contractor to do some work. Then helped us find our dream home! Would definitely recommend her as she is down to earth and will always give you and honest answer to your questions.

My siblings and I Sold my parents home which was in a great location but really needed some repairs and an update. Kristin was able to give us an idea what we would need to spend, Since we weren’t interested in remodeling Kristin made suggestions as to contractors and what we needed to do to freshen up the place. We followed her advice things Worked out beautifully, the house sold quickly.

She listened to our desires and showed us appropriate neighborhoods and gave expert advice. She is a high energy, positive person with a can-do attitude. Stop looking for a realtor and give this firecracker a call! She is an absolutely amazing realtor. We met her through a referral from a friend after having problems finding the right match for our realtor. She responded to me quickly, never left us out hanging or wondering what was going on, and kept finding us properties to check out! While we searched, she was efficient in our appointments - covering a lot of ground, she listened to what we wanted, and stayed in our budget. She found more than I did in all my online searching and she found us our dream home. (Which we closed on this week)During negotiations, she was realistic, fair, but she fought hard to get us above and beyond what we wanted as well gave us her honest and real feedback, knowledge, and expertise. She had a great online signing process so we were able to get documents taken care of quickly without tons of time away from work and home.When we needed a contractor - she had a great referral ready! When we needed a home inspector - she had one! When we needed an appraiser - she gave us a great option! I strongly recommend her to sell your home or help you find the perfect home. Trust me, you don't want her on the other side of the table from you. (ha-ha)

As a first time homebuyer the process can be confusing! I have watched friends and family struggle through navigating their first purchases. I was prepared for the worst.With Kristin as our agent we had a smooth transaction from start to finish. She took the time to explain all the steps in the process so we knew ahead of time what was coming. We were able to have all paperwork and other things together ahead of time and were ready each step of the way because of Kristin expert guidance.She spotted a wonderful home that fit all our want list items. She knows Cowlitz County and is very connected to other agents in the area which I believe helped us get our offer in ahead of a bidding war. Bonus we closed early on the sale because we were so well informed and prepared for the process.So long story short, if you want the best choose Kristin for your agent. You won't be sorry.
