Kristen was wonderful from beginning to end. She was quick to respond and offered valuable knowledge and expertise. She helped guide us through the inspection and got us a reduced price during subsequent renegotiations. She found experts to price the repairs that were recommended so we would know what we were getting into. When we arrived from out of state late in the evening, she arranged for our house key to be in a lockbox so we could go in immediately. She inspected our home after the previous ownets moved out and had her own cleaner come and do an additional 90 minutes of cleaning so it would be beautiful for us. There were flowers and a welcome basket when we arrived and she even ordered us pizza the next day, which was a welcome surprise after a long day of unloading the truck and unpacking. I would highly recommend working with Kristen.
Kristin was a great person to work with. She helped us get our house prepped to sell, even helping us find a contractor to do some work. Then helped us find our dream home! Would definitely recommend her as she is down to earth and will always give you and honest answer to your questions.

Kristin was able to give us an idea what we would need to spend, Since we weren’t interested in remodeling Kristin made suggestions as to contractors and what we needed to do to freshen up the place. We followed her advice things Worked out beautifully, the house sold quickly.

While we searched, she was efficient in our appointments - covering a lot of ground, she listened to what we wanted, and stayed in our budget. She found more than I did in all my online searching and she found us our dream home.
