I had such a wonderful experience working with the Bordak Real Estate Group, especially Shannon. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Shannon showed so much compassion and patience throughout our home buying journey, and her communication was truly amazing.She never left me with unanswered questions and always responded in a very timely manner. Every little question I had, she made sure to find the answer, and if she didn’t have it right away, she would get it for me quickly. It’s hard to find someone with such great communication and attention to detail these days, but Shannon really takes the time to make sure everything is understood and taken care of.I’m so grateful for all of her help in finding our perfect home. If I could give 10 stars I would! Karly helped us sell our suburb home in Fall 2025 & purchase our new dream home with property in January 2026. She made it effortless, seamless and she handled every aspect of both transactions like the professional that she is. From the very first meeting we had with Karly, she left our home, and felt like family. So warm, kind, helpful & knowledgeable. She was always available to answer questions, and has a resource or connection for anything you could possibly need. She always loved on our kids like her own, even getting them gifts after the sale of our home, which was so sweet. We are forever better people because we worked with Karly & can call her a friend now. We look forward to someday utilizing her knowledge and skills again to purchase another piece of property down the road.

It was a fantastic experience. I worked with Karly for about 6 years trying to find a house. Many times it fell through for reasons out of our control. She stuck with me and all of my out of the box situations and we finally found the perfect home for me! Karly also was able to get my home sold within 5 days on the market. She and Vicki went above and beyond their call in trying to get me into my current home when things didn’t go as planned. I would recommend Karly to anyone that was looking. She is the best

Karly is the best! We purchased our first home with Karly 3 years ago, sight unseen. We were living out of state and our daughter recommended Karly. Karly made us feel right at ease, like we were right there every step of the way. She did video walk throughs with us on the phone and with her knowledge of the market and area she was able to advise us if the house we were wanting to see would be good for us or not. Karly was a pure joy to work with and we felt like we gained a new friend not just a realtor. Fast forward three years and here we are again, this time we decided to sell. Again, Karly was there to help us navigate, this time with both the sale and the purchase of our new and hopefully forever home. She was very attentive to what our needs and wants were. Her knowledge made the process easy and stress free. She was very thorough in her research of our current home and advised us what the best price would be to list it at. She set up the appointment to have pictures taken on Saturday and we listed our home that afternoon. Within hours we had 5 showings booked for Sunday and a full price offer Monday...SOLD! Then on to finding a new place. Again, Karly was there, and we were on our way to finding our forever home. If you want a personable, helpful, and communicative team, I highly recommend Karly Bordak.
