Janet was recommended to us by a colleague and definitely did not disappoint. We were first time home buyers and very unsure of how the whole process was supposed to go. Janet addressed questions before we could even ask and was always available anytime we needed anything. At one point, we were scheduling multiple contractors to come to the house to discuss possible renovations and Janet always made time to meet us there so that we could begin planning prior to officially owning the home. Oftentimes if I would text with a question, she would call me to ensure she thoroughly answered our questions. She also had very helpful input when it came to determining how to select homeowners insurance, utilities, etc. Furthermore, she made every effort to ensure our lender was keeping everyone on the same page so that communication was flawless. We could not have been happier with how our home buying process went, especially considering we were buying in a seller’s market. And she was right, she did not disappear once our sale was final. Janet still checks in on us and we know she will always be there as we have questions moving forward. Thank you for ALL of your help, we can’t thank you enough!

Janet Brown is one of the best realtors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She was our realtor on a home we purchased in Melbourne. Janet genuinely cared about making my husband and I happy with the overall experience. She was available to take calls all hours of the day and night. She followed up in everything promptly. She has many years of real estate experience, and so is able to ensure there were no loose ends. During the inspection it was discovered a large crack in the foundation and we were very worried about the structural integrity of the house. Without question, she had a structural engineer out to the house within a day to ease our worries. We moved to Florida from Iowa and did a renovation on the home upon moving in. Janet provided us with awesome referrals for suppliers and contractors to help the reno go smoothly. We had issues with our closing and she helped with the lenders and title company to get us closed. She was also able to get the seller to allow us to move out items in the garage while we lived in a hotel for 8 days dealing with the bank. Janet came by last week with a Christmas gift and to see how we are getting settled in. She cares, and we appreciate her. I would highly recommended using Janet Brown for your next real estate transaction. You will be happy you did.

Janet is the most professional agent that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I simply can’t imagine a more competent, results oriented, residential real estate marketing team than Janet and Jason here in Florida. Extremely detailed oriented in their approach from the initial meeting all the way through the closing of my home. I was really impressed how readily accessible they were through text, phone, and email even though Janet was still recovering from recent back surgery. Real estate transactions are in themselves complex with many emotional twist and turns, and more than once, the Janet and Jason team had to move us back on the track utilizing their judgement and experience.
