It has been an absolute pleasure working with Misty over the last 20 years. Up until a month ago she found tenants for my house in Indialantic a number of times & now most recently sold it the first weekend it was on the market. My girls and I have had the pleasure of working with Misty recently. She has helped my daughters sell their first joint home in a way that was absolutely amazing. She takes her job above and beyond what I’ve seen other realtors do. Not only is she the best at her job, but she waters her relationships with her clients to the extent that even the hardest part of letting go can result in something wonderful. We were suggested to work with her through a family friend and she was the best choice we could have ever made!

In Dec 2023, we decided to sell our condo in Indialantic. We interviewed three top real estate agents in the area. We decided on Misty. Our decision was based on a variety of factors, such as knowledge of the market, listing skills, respectful manner and negotiation skills. Misty's negotiation skills with the buyer, the buyer's agent and us enabled a successful and quick sale. The condo went on the market Dec 28th, negotiations with the buyer on Dec 29th and closing on Feb 9th 2024. Misty is profession and personable and we highly recommend her. P.S Her staff is awesome also.

Misty was stellar! From the moment we talked, met and started the journey to sell my home; I was never alone. Misty’s professionalism, coupled with her uncanny ability to know her clients feelings, what they need and the course of action to achieve the best outcome for those blessed enough to call her their guide/realtor, is parallel to none! She is incredibly intelligent, skilled, beyond knowledgeable in real estate and EXTREMELY focused, competent and loyal. I cannot imagine getting through one of the most difficult times in my life, with anyone else. She is true and genuine. That’s a rarity combined with her countless other skills. I cannot thank her and her lively team enough and I can only write so much here. Just know, if you are serious and want someone to truly guide you and get your home sold or get you into your first or next home, please know that she is best in class.

What an amazing experience. I picked Misty after a year monitoring her previous sales. I did my homework comparing her to other agents in the community. I guarantee you will not find anyone better. The homes she sold at Bayside Lake sold within days or less than week. Mine had an offer in a day and two offers in less than a week. We sold above asking. She was very creative at showcasing my home. The pictures taken were like none I've seen before. Her team to include the photographer, are second to none. They were great to work with and left me with an impression and confidence I picked the right team to sell my home. Misty is in the top 1% in sales for the county. She consistently ranks in the top 25 out of 5000 agents in Brevard County. Her contract and offer to sell my home were better than any realtor and the fact she is the best in sales left my decision easiest to make. I truly am lost for words with her performance and quality of work. She is very talented beyond my expectation. My recommendation is to let her do her job and listen to what she tells you to do to get your home ready for pictures and showings. I was blessed she represented me and grateful for her leadership.

Marcia E. Misty made the process of selling our home as painless, straightforward and stress-free as possible. It was obvious that she loves her job and that she is well versed in the real estate market. We appreciated that she uses a professional photographer and a wide array of marketing techniques to make sure that as many buyers were able to view our home. She also provided a detailed portfolio of our property and helpful information on what to expect during the selling process. Misty is extremely supportive, organized, knowledgeable, professional, responsive and timely. So happy we found her and if I could give Misty more than five stars, I would.

This was our third experience working with Misty, and there’s a good reason we keep coming back to her. From the moment we started thinking about selling, she gave us great input on what would make the property show well. We are not local, and she helped us arrange several details including cleaning and staging. She kept us updated throughout the process and her knowledge gave us the confidence that we were getting the best deal in a difficult market.
