From helping me buy and sell a condo, to buying our current beautiful house in our dream neighborhood, McDonald truly makes the process seamless and enjoyable. He's a charming fellow who also knows the ins and outs of the business, what we want as a family, and how to make the transaction happen with a positive outcome. Wendy Rosser and Charlee Layton were absolutely outstanding to work with. Wendy sold our home and did an excellent job marketing it, handling showings, and getting it sold quickly. Charlee Layton helped us find our new home and was incredible at finding the right place that fit exactly what we were looking for and within our price point. My husband and I chanced upon Team Forss while using Zillow to search for homes, and are so glad since it meant having Sean McDonald as our agent. He understood our need to find a home quickly, and rose to the challenge by getting us to tour a variety of houses immediately, prioritizing the completion of forms and other steps for our 17 day escrow, and quickly responding to both us and the buyer’s agent. Best yet was his negotiation skills, making our dream home even better knowing we got it for a price we were comfortable with. Thanks Sean!

Karol Pelletier is an excellent agent. She did a great job showing me a variety of homes. Karol's expert-level knowledge of the market allowed me to purchase my home for $75,000 under asking. I deeply appreciate Karol's attention to detail. Karol has excellent communication skills. She was instrumental in getting me through every stage of the escrow process. She also provided me with contacts to help me with needed home improvements after I purchased my home. Highly recommend.

They say lightning never strikes twice in the same place…I disagree!In 2017, we were retiring and needed a realtor. Someone who knew the area, was familiar with the market, and had the drive to get top dollar. Enter Jennypher Moore. 8 days later we were in a 30 day escrow!Fast forward to 2025…Dad was ready for the move to senior living and I instantly knew who we would ask to help sell his home. Kelly was incredibly helpful during the entire process of buying my home. She made everything go smoothly and was quick to tackle the next step. I have bought and sold 9 homes in my lifetime. On my last sale Michelle Haywood was my realtor. I found her to be knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would add another 5 stars for patience. She helped me navigate the entire process from start to finish. If I had to sell another property Michelle would be my first and only call to manage the sale.
