She is super responsive, and she knows her stuff. There were a lot of “hoops” to jump through in the sale of a commercial property, and she led me through them with competence. Melissa Evans-Gray is truly one of the best realtors in Big Bear. While many homes in the area were experiencing price reductions, she was able to accurately price my home, and I sold it for exactly that amount.
