We interviewed 4 agents and decided to go with the Hansen's. There were a number of reasons for this but ultimately we believed that their experience would help us if any unexpected situations occurred. We had to move in less than 45 days from the time we contacted them and didn't want to loose money because of our quick move. We listed the house with a lot of interest but ended up getting a cash offer from a real estate investment company a few days in. Obviously we were interested and hesitant because of scams out there. Andrea did her research, called the company and just went above and beyond to ensure it was legitament. She guided us the whole way and ultimately we closed within 21 days, more specifically on the exact day we had to move!If you want an honest, hard working and family orientated group of people I highly recommend the Hansen's. Their communication skills made me feel like I was a priority, their expertise made me feel at ease with the process and their ability to get us what we wanted in the time frame we asked was responsible and fair.

Andi and Steve were absolutely amazing. Being that this was my first time buying a house and I wanted the process to move as quickly as possible, I can't imagine a better experience. Andi and Steve were quickly able to put together a great list of houses to see and it took less than a week to find a house and get under contract! Andi was also able to provide fantastic resources for any need. She had great connections with local lenders and services who were all quick to respond and resolve my issue. Andi and Steve were very knowledgeable of the area and very contentious of making sure wherever I was going to live was safe and was not going to cause me any major issues to fix in the near future.
