Alice was the listing agent on a property we wanted to see. I wasn’t represented by an agent so asked if she could show me the unit on her own. She was happy to do so and was able to schedule it a few hours later. When we met her we instantly knew we liked her a lot, and asked her to represent us as buyers. We did not plan to be tied to one person as I have lots of experience with home sales but after our first meeting my wife and I instantly said we should link with Alice. She was accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, always with prompt replies to any question. And that was just for when we were looking around. Once we placed an offer, Alice handled the negotiations like an expert. Listening to my thoughts, sharing hers and I felt that we worked as a team. She wasn’t dominating or pushing the negotiations to make the sale, she was truly my teammate. After we reached an agreement with the seller Alice was there for every step from contracting, inspection items, and closing. Always providing expert knowledge and support. I almost never give reviews but you as the reader should know how good she is, how much we appreciate her support and how lucky we were to have met her.

Alice was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive and very transparent with me about market conditions. She could have taken my listing right away, but suggested I wait until a certain time. She gave me some great advice and once it was time, she got me top dollar for my home! She was very knowledgeable and marketed my place very professionally. I would never use anyone else for buying or selling in Florida!

Alice and her team were absolutely amazing! Alice quickly created a beautiful video tour, had the most professional photos taken and published our condo at Edgewater. She consistently sent valuable updates and communicated through the entire process which only took a few months from start to close!! We had unsuccessfully worked with 4 other PCB realtors and are truly thankful we found Alice.. I cannot recommend enough!!!

Alice and Sean did a great job of marketing and selling our beachfront house in PCB. They took extensive photos and videos of the property, including drone shots showing our house on the beach and the neighborhood, and used them in the listings of our house on MANY different sites. They also held an open house on the first weekend after the property was listed. When we started receiving multiple offers (almost immediately!), they helped us navigate the complex process of responding to offers and making counter offers, ultimately getting us a sale price that exceeded both our listing price and our expectations. Throughout the entire process they were a pleasure to work with: friendly, relaxed, and very knowledgeable about the real estate market and individuals in the Panama City Beach area. Overall, we could not have been happier!
