From our first call to her, thru the day we closed, she has been a true professional! We initially had doubts about having the same realtor work for us that was representing the seller, but Vianah put our doubts to rest with her honesty, and kindness. She showed us several homes during our short stay, and even provided lodging for us in the area to help get us acquainted with the surroundings! She's great!

Moving from Germany to Florida while in the military was never easier thanks to Vianah! We were initially trying to find a home ourselves but were overwhelmed. We found Vianah and she was so much more than helpful. After providing her the list of homes we had already found she filtered through them weeding out the ones not worth looking at and ultimately found our dream home! I write this as we hit our 1 year mark of purchasing our home with the help of her. Every step of the way she guided us and had expert references for any questions we had along the way. Even after closing she helped with any concerns we had as new homeowners. 10/10 would 100% use her again! We couldn't be happier!

Vianah is an amazing realtor. She was very accommodating in meeting with us and showing us around when we had a very tight window to look for a property. This was extremely important as we were coming from out of town. She is very knowledgeable and was always available to answering any questions that we had. Being new to the area, she was extremely helpful in connecting us with various resources to help us complete our purchase. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a property in Panama City and surrounding areas.

As a native northerner and mil-spouse moving from overseas, the idea of moving to Florida was, well, MEH. However, home is where the Navy takes us, right? Fast forward a bit and a lot of scrolling, I stumbled across ANOTHER realty ad. But this one was much different… I had a feeling and gave her a call and instantly felt home. Not an easy feat in this heat!! Vianah is not only pure magic, but she is a BOSS and exactly what my bad-attitude ordered!! She WORKS. She has “guys” that get whatever needed done (properly) and she is just honest-to-goodness kind. There were NO surprises, no issues we weren’t already made aware of and not a single message/question went unheard or unanswered. Not at any point did I feel like I was being “sold”. I felt informed, safe and welcomed to ask any question my over active brain could intrusively concoct. Not only did we close on a VA assumption loan in less than 2 months— we now have a brand new friend. Thank you, Vianah. Thank you for our dream home, helping ease my soul along the way, and making Panama City, Florida my new favorite place on Earth!!

Professional, competent, courteous, a real pleasure to work with. Just a few words that come to mind when speaking about our working experience with Vianah. In this day and age, communication is one of the most important aspects of selling your home. So many realtors say they are there for you, but when you try and call them to ask a question or if you have a concern sometimes it takes days for them to get back to you. That was not the case with Vianah. Her response time was phenomenal; in fact, they called us just to keep in touch and to see if they could do anything for us. What a welcome change! We would highly recommend using Vianah for all of your real estate needs whether selling or buying. You could not ask for a more knowledgeable, skilled person of selling or buying.

Vianah is the best of the best! She works hard for her clients and is there for them every step of the way! We were first time home buyers and she was there to answer any questions we had and show us any places we wanted to see! She read over every paper we got and made sure we were getting the right things we needed and not over charged for things! Would 100% recommend her for your future home buying needs!

Vianah was such a great help with helping us find a home. She’s very responsive and goes out of her way to help us. She helped make the process of buying a new home very easy for us. She gave us weekly updates by sending us pictures and videos of the property and made sure everything was the way it should be since we were on the other side of the country. 10/10 would recommend!
