We are first time homebuyers and had previously dealt with 3 other agents in the arduous house hunt since last year. Vicky was a cut above the rest. She was a very quick, reliable, personable and a very trustworthy agent. Able to navigate through tricky negotiations with ease without being too pushy or passive. We almost lost our chance to another buyer's offer if had not immediately processed our offer. We also tried to offer above asking price but she was able to negotiate with the sellers to even lower the bid. The entire process just went so smoothly, we had nothing but great surprises all the way. I'm so glad we took a chance with her and couldn't wish for a better agent.
