I never felt rushed or pressured, which made a huge difference during what can be a pretty overwhelming process.Over time and looking at many houses in different neighborhoods in the South Bay, Ray really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me think through things I would not have considered on my own. We met Ray at an open house. He truly took the time to get to know us- what we wanted in a home, where we wanted to live, our budget, what houses worked and which were total misses. He created spreadsheets for homes that had recently sold and guided us through the mortgage details; all with a great sense of humor which kept us going. After years of renting, in January 2025 my husband and I finally began our house search. Our close trusted friends worked with Raymond 'Ray' a few years prior, had wonderful things to say, and had recommended him on multiple occasions. He also had rave reviews online!After a quick initial meetup, Ray wasted no time sending us information, setting up visits to houses we were interested in, and answering all our questions in a timely manner. He was professional about everything but also personable and approachable. We had a very specific goal in mind: a small but comfortably sized house for our family, smaller front yard, big backyard, no HOA, and preferably on the Peninsula (among other expectations.)Working with Ray felt like having a trusted friend guide us through every twist and turn of buying our first home. We showed up to our first open house clueless—but Ray patiently explained the entire process, and never made us feel embarrassed for asking the same question twice. He was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We appreciate that he shared his experience and insight, not just regarding real estate but everything including financing, lender info, commute patterns, potential diy home improvement, renovations, land/mineral rights, etc. Needless to say we learned a lot at every meeting and in a very short period of time.He turned home tours into fun learning opportunities, pointing out things we’d have missed on our own—like noise pollution or foundation issues, cracks in the walls or unevenness in the floors, the temperature of the electrical box, etc. Within the 3rd week, we "had Ray's voice in our heads" when looking at listings and visiting homes. We had a wide range with regard to location: which included most of the South Bay and most of the Peninsula. Ray was more than happy to show us many neighborhoods around the Bay Area. He even encouraged us to spend extended time staying, visiting, or at least driving each area to feel the vibes of each location. We even visited homes 'slightly outside' our ideals so we could garner a feel for what we were most comfortable living with or without. Ray helped us to shop with hope and see the potential of certain spaces but also kept us grounded in our expectations and budget.Throughout our search, we never felt rushed to 'put in an offer.' However, it didn't take long for us to find a home we were interested in. With the knowledge and guidance Ray provided, we were able to submit our first offer, which to our pleasant surprise, was accepted! In June, we bought a home that checked nearly all our boxes: a small mid-century 3bd/1ba on the Peninsula with an immense backyard and in a neighborhood we like. We absolutely love our new home and because of Ray’s expertise and help, we have the peace of mind we made the right decision.If you’re diving into your first home purchase and want an agent who listens, educates, and celebrates every small win, Ray’s the perfect partner for the journey.

We are so happy to have found Ray in our journey as first time homebuyers. We had so many questions and Ray was always available and very thoughtful in his replies. He spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. We’re positive Ray would have worked with us as long as it took for us to find house. Not only is he a great realtor, he also has a very extensive network, which served us well during the inspections. We’re so happy to have found our house, but unfortunately it means we don’t get to work with Ray anymore! Raymond is one of the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. He was instrumental in the purchase of my house in Morgan Hill which was successfully closed in February of 2025. Raymond was my first point of contact with Brookfield, the builders and developers of the complex in which my new house is located. I found Raymond to be very personable and easy to communicate with from our first meeting. As I was still trying to decide between staying in the Campbell/San Jose area or move to Morgan Hill, Raymond made himself available to help me make the all important decision, without any bias. He also presented me options that would have allowed me to stay within the Campbell/San Jose area. At the same time, he made himself available to answer questions about my new house and comparables in my old and new neighborhoods. After closing on my new house, Raymond has mad himself available to answer any of my questions and has provided contacts and information on various other important matters like Home Insurance, and home services like Internet Access. He’s a dedicated agent who is always extremely responsive, answering texts quickly and staying on top of everything throughout our search and closing process. We appreciated his years of experience in the Bay Area real estate market. Ray just got us our dream house!! The market in the Bay was so tough for many years but Ray was so patient, consistent, knowledgeable, responsive, smart, and he worked so hard to take us to so many houses for awhile. We made multiple offers all over but people beat us partly because our early offers were too conservative (we should have listened to you, Ray, in the first place). . Ray was always encouraging and helped us not to give up. My husband and I were not on the same page a lot of time but Ray was very kind and patient toward us. Ray knew many agents and he was personable which helped the process a great deal. We got this house totally under the market price in this hot market. We are so grateful to him!! We worked with many agents before as this is our 5th house and we can tell you that Ray is the best!! Someone who you can trust not out to make money out of you or to close deals and tell you to overpay but someone who really gets your back and skillful in his professional work! He just wants to get you your home! Also, he is so good working with our loan agent to get things going fast too! After our time spending working with him, he is like a friend to us now. We've had the pleasure of working with Ray multiple times over the years. He is absolutely the best. We were introduced to Ray during the Great Recession by a close friend that he had helped. We were looking to purchase our first home, and he couldn't have been more helpful. We looked for months before finally deciding (bless him for his patience)! The home that we chose was a short sale, and Ray successfully navigated through the process quickly and efficiently. We were to blessed that Ray helped us find the right home at the right price. We lived in that home for nearly a decade, and when we had outgrown it and decided to sell, there was no question about who wanted to work with. Again, Ray exceeded our already high expectations! Ray made sure that we listed at the right price point, and at the right time for our specific market. Within 48 hours of listing our home, we were in contract for a sale price significantly above the list price. This is testament to his thorough knowledge of the industry and "feel" for the market. We moved out of state, and are bummed that when the time comes to sell our current house, we won't be able to work with him on that sale. We've recommended Ray to friends and family, and they have been just as happy with his services as we were. I couldn't give a higher endorsement for anyone!
