I can't say enough good things about Michael. He was awesome to work with while we were buying - super accommodating and always upfront. If you search “best real estate agent in Bay Area” then sure enough you will see Zaid Hanna’s name pop up. To be honest, I am glad his name came up in our search for a real estate agent after almost 4 unsuccessful years in the housing market. He is not like any other “popular” real estate agent that you might come across in your search; Zaid is very informed of the market and of the San Jose neighborhoods. What we especially appreciated about him was his extremely personable and straightforward demeanor. He was always a pleasure to meet and speak with throughout our search and home buying experience. He understood us and our needs immediately and definitely delivered as the perfect agent for us. As first time home buyers, we felt comfortable and confident as he guided us throughout the entire process. We bought our first home with Zaid Hanna group and they made the whole process so easy! Zaid is really good and finding listings that fit your needs and pointing out details which we would not have even thought about as a new home buyer. He would always squeeze us into his schedule whenever we wanted to see any listing and the whole team is always there to answer any questions we had at any point (and still are).
