I hired Travis and Megan to sell my aunt's house when she moved into a care facility. I live out of town and they handled everything and kept me in the loop. Their communication was excellent and they went above and beyond the call of duty, as far as I'm concerned. I hired them again just three months later when my father moved into a care facility. They got his condo on the market in record time. They have been a dream to work with and I recommend them without hesitation.

Travis and Megan were extremely helpful through our entire home buying process. They knew of a home that was ideal for us prior to it coming on the market, creating a competitive advantage. Travis is an amazing communicator. We had already moved out of the area when we we listed our home with Travis, so everything was done long distance. We had high expectations and Travis blew them all away. From keeping us up to date via email and phone, to using digital signature for documents, to taking care of extra details because we weren't in town, Travis went above and beyond to support our sale through the process, even when closing was extended due to a delay on the buyer's side.I highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I highly recommend Travis Watts. Due to family circumstances, we made a decision to list in our home and move in a matter of days. Travis was extremely responsive to our quick timetable and he offered us honest feedback on our home with referrals to people who were quickly able to bring our property up to market standards. Travis assisted my husband an I on the sale of our current home, a rental house and the purchase of a lot to build on. We were thrilled to accept a full price offer in less than 24 hours.Our land purchase was a little more intricate. Travis guided us through negotiations on price, water rights and inclusions to the lot. He is a Walla Walla native, he knows the town and has a wide range of connections to make sure you find what you are looking for, at a fair price. We highly recommend Travis as your realtor.
