I hired Travis and Megan to sell my aunt's house when she moved into a care facility. I live out of town and they handled everything and kept me in the loop. Their communication was excellent and they went above and beyond the call of duty, as far as I'm concerned. I hired them again just three months later when my father moved into a care facility. They got his condo on the market in record time. They have been a dream to work with and I recommend them without hesitation.

Travis is an amazing communicator. We had already moved out of the area when we we listed our home with Travis, so everything was done long distance. We had high expectations and Travis blew them all away. From keeping us up to date via email and phone, to using digital signature for documents, to taking care of extra details because we weren't in town, Travis went above and beyond to support our sale through the process, even when closing was extended due to a delay on the buyer's side.I highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
