Exceptional Customer Care at Sotheby’s:We have purchased and sold four homes in our lifetime and this last experience using Sotheby’s of Walla Walla was undisputedly the best experience to date. Selling a home is never easy but Jayne DiDario made it as painless and pleasant as possible. Her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. She would answer our questions even before we asked them and always made herself available, even at odd hours of the day. This alone provided a level of assurance and comfort that we appreciated immeasurably. Jayne was always professional and courteous, and her breadth and depth of knowledge in the real estate field was clearly evident. She was respectful of our privacy and listened to our concerns about showing our home – never once did we feel that our home sale was just another transaction for her bottom-line. She took the time to address all details thoroughly (the photos for the listing were amazingly thoughtful and professional), and she repeatedly told us that we were in charge of the process and that she was there to facilitate. No pressure -- how refreshing. She gave good advice throughout too – even before the listing contract was signed, during the (short) listing period, and once we accepted an offer. Every single person with whom we interacted at the Sotheby’s office was also professional and thorough. In short, if you are looking for a savvy agent who can get the job done expertly, Jayne and her team at Sotheby’s are the ones to choose.

Jayne Didario is the most efficient and responsive realtor that we have ever had the pleasure of working with to sell our family home of 42 years. Jayne staged our home beautifully and had several open house tours as soon as the pandemic allowed, where she would spend her time dealing personally with prospective buyers.We highly recommend her and would definitely call on her again if we were ever going to purchase or sell a property again.

Her local knowledge of the housing market in College Place is extensive. Jayne kept good communication with us on the proceedings since we live out of town. Jayne did the impossible for our family and we are in a home we absolutely love!! From the moment we met she was attentive to our desires, and over the course of our home hunt she was able to narrow into exactly what we were looking for. She was creative, even to the point of helping us address babysitting issues so we could see more homes...and our kids LOVE her! She showed us a home that was just coming on the market, and she knew wouldn't last long. We were able to make an offer and begin the closing process immediately, while the home continued to gain multiple back-up offers. The deal could have fallen apart numerous times, but it didn't, because Jayne was committed to the deal and willing to do what it took to get us into our dream home!! We love her, and have already sent our friends her way. She isn't just an agent, she has become our friend!

Finding Janye DiDario was like finding a new friend. Being unfamiliar with my new surroundings, I depended upon her real estate skills and knowledge of the area to help me find a new residence. I had a short timeline for finding a house during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season; during an unusually cold and snowy winter; and during a time when the housing market was depressed. To be honset, I'm not sure which was more depressed--the housing market or me! But Jayne was not deterred. Together, we trudged on. <br/><br/>Janye's interest in me as an individual helped me find a "house" that I could turn into my new "home."
