If you need to sell your home or buy a home I can't recommend enough Todd Broomhall!!! Coming from Illinois to the small town of Troy my family was completely lost. The best thing I ever did was find Todd Broomhall by looking at his reviews. He helped us find our dream home and made everything flow so smoothly. He is the most responsive realtor you can find. No texting or emailing just old school pick up the phone and handle buisness. He was so kind to show us everything we needed to know as new comers into the area. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and happy. By far the best realtor around. Please take my advise if you need a realtor you can't get any better. Todd did an immaculate job in assisting me to secure my house, during the rush period over the property by other buyers. He’s very knowledgeable about what he does. He’s a very quick thinker, and he made a split decision that put me way!! Ahead of the other buyers and which eventually got me the keys to the property. If you’re reading this comment, I strongly recommend you to get hold of him whenever you are at the verge of buying a property. He’s a very interesting person and very direct and trustworthy. Even after securing the property for me, he was still reaching out just to check up on me and to make sure if everything was going well. Thanks Todd. I still have that bottle of liquor that I said we share together as a sign of my appreciation for all that you did for me. Thank you once again.
