More specifically, I worked with Todd Grandin as part of the Joh Murray real estate group. I can't recommend Todd enough. His experience and engagement surpassed anyone I have worked with in the industry in the past- which includes 4 separate moves involving more than one state and city. Todd lives in and knows the Dayton area very well. We moved to Dayton from out of state and the process took almost a year to complete. Todd was with us through it all, patiently providing input at every stage. Todd also is well connected with the various supporting functions involved in home purchase- inspection, closing, etc.

James was all we could ever ask for in a realtor. Not only was he able to get us the house we have been admiring for years that finally went on the market, despite multiple offers, but he helped us sell our house in one day for a decent amount more than we even imagined. There were several back-and-forths with the buyer’s agent that got a little stressful with us, but he handled everything quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I have been / will be recommending him to anybody who is looking to buy or sell a house. James and the Jon Murray group are a great organization and anyone would be silly to not use them.

After working with Todd I would never buy a house unless Todd was my realtor. I am so glad that we had Todd assist us in our search for a house. His knowledge and his willingness to help was way beyond what you would ever expect from any realtor. Working with such an upfront person made the whole process in buying a house almost seem like fun. We visited a lot of sites and wow did we end up finding the right place. After finding a home and closing the sale he said " if you ever need anything just keep my number handy". Only can say such a great person.
