He has an excellent staff who keep you on track every step of the way in the purchasing and selling process. Andrew gave us excellent advice concerning what to do to get top dollar for the house we sold. We had two solid offers, one over listing price, the day after the house was listed. Everything in the buying and selling process fell into place smoothly right up to the closing on our old home and our new home. We had not bought or sold a house in many years and Andrew and his staff were patient about answering our questions. Andrew and his team use up to date tools to feature properties and to streamline all processes involved with buying and processing. Andrew has many years of experience and I recommend listening to his advice if you want to sell as an optimum price.
