Austin and his team (we used Amy Braswell) were incredibly helpful throughout the process of us buying a home. I have used Austin Castro for 3 housing transactions now - purchase of first home, sale and purchase of second home, and now the sale and purchase of our third home. Austin and his entire team (Amy and Taria) make the process so easy for the seller/buyer. They always have your best interest in mind and listen intently on what you are looking for. From a selling standpoint, they know the market extremely well and will help you position your house price wise to get the most foot traffic and money out of your house. I could not be happier with Austin and his team and I would recommend their team to anyone. They are one-of-a-kind!

The Castro team did a great job selling my father's condo! The condo was in Ohio and I'm in Maryland. They provided invaluable advice and kept things moving, such as what needed to be done to maximize its buyers' appeal. Their team consulted with me and took care of all the loose ends. The Castro Team, and Austin Castro specifically, did a great job in the sale of our home. They consulted and advised us on pricing and presale activities almost a year before we brought the home to the market place. They priced it perfectly, had great pictures taken, and listed it on a timetable that worked for us. Before we knew it they had a buyer and negotiated a price and some special terms that made our transition out painless, and completely on our timetable. The staff paid attention to every detail, and made sure there were no paperwork glitches or delays at closing. Along the way, they provided us with several vendors to get the home ready for sale, once again making the transition very smooth. I would highly recommend The Castro Team to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.

Austin did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very personable, easy to work with, and very responsive. He arranged to have excellent photos taken of the interior and exterior and marketed the house effectively. 100% would recommend Austin and his team!

Austin was recommended to us by my boss. He and his team were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly prompt in every aspect. Austin came out right away to walk through our property. Photos were taken the next day. The house went on the market very quickly and we had showings scheduled with preapproved buyers almost immediately. We received and accepted an above asking offer in less than three days after listing!!! All of the steps after accepting the offer were taken care of very efficiently and seamlessly. Closing was a breeze!!!! We could not have been happier. If you are a buyer or a seller, make sure you call Austin FIRST!!

We had an awesome experience with Austin at the Castro group. We lived in Nashville some years ago and had a realtor that we thought was the best. Nobody is going to be better than him. The whole team was what we called polished. It was a smooth set of transactions selling and buying our homes. Excellent overall experience!
