I cannot say enough good things about Tina McCabe. She was excellent throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond for me. She fought hard on my behalf, was persistent when it mattered, and brought in expert opinions and documentation to support my position in a way that went well beyond the normal expectations of a realtor.She went head-to-head with the seller’s agent when necessary, but she also knew how to keep the process moving toward resolution. Just as importantly, she often protected me from myself by slowing down or adjusting my responses when emotions were high or when a more strategic approach was needed. That judgment was incredibly valuable.Her industry knowledge was clear from start to finish. She knew when to involve brokers, the title company, contractors, city employees, and others, and she coordinated those pieces effectively to protect my interests and help get the transaction across the finish line.I am extremely grateful for her professionalism, persistence, and steady guidance. Tina is simply the best! We have been working with her for over 10 years, and she has been by our side through every major real estate milestone over the past decade.Our journey started in 2015 when she helped us find nearly two acres of land for what would eventually become our dream home. During that process, our financing unexpectedly fell through, and we were devastated. Tina immediately went to work, connecting us with a lender who was able to get everything back on track. Thanks to her quick thinking, experience, and network of connections, we were able to move forward with purchasing the lot.In June 2020, she helped us sell my townhome, and we started the process of scouting builders that she had recommended for the land we purchased years earlier. After helping us navigate the overwhelming process of selecting a builder for our future home, we finally selected a builder in September 2020. What we thought would be a straightforward 7-month build turned into a 14-month journey due to COVID delays and other unexpected challenges. Through it all, Tina was there. She answered calls and texts, listened when we needed to vent, provided honest advice, and offered reassurance when things felt uncertain. When our builder made an error during the final month before closing, Tina even connected us with an attorney she trusted. That recommendation gave us peace of mind and helped us make an informed decision during a very stressful time. We finally closed on our dream home after 14 long months, and we're approaching our fifth anniversary in the home later this year. Looking back, we're so grateful to have had Tina in our corner throughout the entire process.What sets Tina apart is that she genuinely cares. Tina is a true professional and she did a great job helping me sell a house and buy a house during the off-season of real estate. She truly took extra attention to walk us through every step of the process and followed up to all of our questions and concerns. She is a true champion of Customer Service. She goes above and beyond and does the little extra that you need to feel comfortable during your real estate transactional process. She was very hands on and down to earth to work with. She genuinely cares about her clients and will do whatever it takes to calm your concerns. She is an experienced local agent. She knows just about every closing and Attorney and Home Inspector in the area and can get these things done for you fast. She always shows up on time and is very prompt to all showings. I look forward to working with her in the future for my next transaction when that time comes this experience was that great.
