Matt did an excellent job helping me sell my house in Fulton Hill. I had moved away from Richmond and was selling from afar. Matt did a great job of taking care of everything on the ground. He helped me get all my repairs taken care of and also helped me through a few snags that came up in the process. I recommend him for sure!

We sold our house in 3.5 weeks!! Pretty great. We were super happy and grateful to Matt for his knowledge and expertise in Churchill. He was able to get local experts for us to use for renovations/improvements for our house. He knew exactly when and how many open houses we needed.

Matt is the best! I have asked Matt for advice for years on various folks to work with and benefits of home improvement projects. So when I decided to move, it was a no brainer. He has a great network of folks to work with through the process of preparing a home for sale, selling a home, and buying a home. He gave me some great advice and we were able to work through a few nuances that helped with negotiations and closing. And last but not least, he introduced me to neighbors in my new place and checked in as I settled into my new home. He is trustworthy, incredible friendly, and responsive.

Matt was an incredible agent who made the process of buying our first home a smooth and enjoyable experience. Home buying can be stressful and full of uncertainties, but Matt was consistently patient, empathetic, and supportive throughout every step. Even after closing, he remained responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. When we’re ready for our next move, Matt will be our first call. We absolutely love our new home, and the only downside is we don’t get to see him anymore!
