I did not realize we were even looking for a home when my husband surprised me with Greer and showings in Chesterfield. Greer was patient with my questions and concerns throughout the whole process. We ended up with a beautiful home on a nice plot of land. She worked with our financial constraints of a VA loan and my anxiety of home buying. She was great and I would highly recommend her!

Absolutely amazing! I was immediately impressed after my first meeting with Greer to discuss the sale of my home. She was well prepared from day 1 and a delight to work with. My house sold for full asking price in only a few days (around the holidays at that!). I encountered some challenging buyers and she was there every step of the way to help get to closing. I also worked with her to purchase my current home and she did a great job negotiating with the builder to help me get the best deal. There's seriously not a better agent in Richmond in my opinion!

I loved working with Greer to buy my condo. My schedule to look at properties was all over the place; before work, lunch hour, weekends,etc. and she always made it work and was there on time. She isnt pushy or salesy (for lack of a better word); she's easy going and enjoyable to be around. I think we looked at close to 10 places in 1 week. There really wasnt much around. When I finally found my place it was on the market for maybe 1 day. We ended up putting in $5k over asking. I was a little skeptical at the time, but it was definitely the right move. They already received an offer for the asking price from the person that looked at it right before us. The day after the seller accepted my offer she got a cash offer. Now, only 18 months later, Zillow's estimate is showing the condo's value at $35k more than I paid for it. Definitely a good investment! I'm so glad I we went for it.
