James is the absolute best agent in RVA. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the communities and what to look for in the homes. James is so attentive and truly listens to what we were looking for. He cared about getting us the right home and leads with transparency throughout the process. This is our second time using James to buy a home and he helped us find our dream home. James made sure that the process of selling my home and purchasing a new home was seamless and timely. My house went under contract within weeks of being listed when another home in my neighborhood sat on the market for months without selling. He effectively negotiated for needed repairs to my new home and to ensure that I got the most from the home I sold. He and his team were incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the whole process, ensuring I knew what was going on and coming up at all times. James had detailed and thoughtful responses to every question I had, which helped me quickly and confidently make decisions. James was also able to connect me to other local, reliable professionals throughout the process to help with things like home renovations and inspections. James helped us buy our very first home and negotiated really well to get us a fair price so when we decided we wanted a bit more space it was a no-brainer who we were going to call! We had kept in touch with him over the years to ask various questions about upgrades and he was always willing to answer questions.Our new home at the last minute turned into a really challenging buy, what was supposed to be a month process formed into 6 months! We had also planned a timeline to sell our current home around the original closing timeline so it was just a mess. James and his team were relentless and worked with us through it all to ensure we got our home. Special shout out to Kylah! Finally, everything worked out and it was time to list our previous home. Our house went under contract after only 2 days on the market and it was a smooth transaction all the way!TLDR: 10/10 Best realtor ever. Honest, trustworthy, and just in general a great person. If you're looking for a realtor he's your guy!
