Ernie is amazing! He was the BEST we could ask for. As a first-time home buyer moving from FL to VA, we needed someone like Ernie to help us through each step. Ernie made this so easy for us. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area, responds quickly, always honest and truthful, SO helpful in the process and what everything means, he goes above and beyond while viewing houses by checking in crawl spaces, looking at appliances, checking for damages, etc etc. Any time we had a question or needed something, he was always a quick call or text away with an answer. Is it easy to see he is passionate and loves his job! 10/10 service, we highly recommend using Ernie!
