Could not contact us in a timely manner, made us do everything. Advised us to take any offer we were given for our house regardless of what it was. Was late to the closing of our previous house, and sat in the corner texting the entire time. Demanded that we give him a 5 star review

Both Tim and Athena were spectacular to work with. Very responsive, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Completely supportive, knowledgeable, honest, and not once pushy in the slightest. The process of us being shown a few houses, jumping in and out of a negotiation, and ultimately deciding between two builders was seamless for us, thanks to their diligence and legwork. It was great to have this team in my corner. I'd recommend both Tim and Athena in a heartbeat.

Tim helped me buy my first house. The first day we met Tim had prepared a booklet of all houses that fit with the description of what we were looking for, it was a lot of help. I did some research on my own and Tim reached out to each property to get information and schedule walk-through's. He was very familiar with the VA process and what inspectors would look for and advised us against houses he knew wouldn't get approved by the VA for us to buy, it took a lot of the guess work out of it. We ended up going with new construction and Tim walked us through everything, if we ever had questions he was there to answer and worked for my best interest. He really made the entire process stress free. If you need a realtor that you can trust, Tim is the man.
