After my mother passed away I was tasked with selling her home. I originally spoke with Beth a few months prior and she gave me advice on how to prepare the home prior to listing. When I was ready to list, the entire listing process took only about a half hour and then I turned over the keys. The "For Sale" sign was also in place that very same day prior to me leaving Beth's office. There were also several individuals inspecting the home the very next day. The home was sold within 2 weeks for exactly what I was asking. Beth's communication was impeccable and I couldn't ask for a better selling experience with Beth and her team.
beth sold my home in 2019 in north freedom the sell went ok and linda tryed to find us anther home that went horrible and i was charge for buy ing my next house i spoke with other agents and was told they would never do that that was seller deal i would not use them all about the dollar
