Stacey was the listing agent and she was great! We had a peculiar situation pop up with the city inspector and she helped navigate it well and come to a resolution for all parties so we could still close on time! I appreciated her promptness and efforts to keep everyone happy and up to date every step of the way! I would recommend her as an agent!

Working with Stacey and her team has been a breeze. Selling our house has been so easy which really helped us with what should have been a stressful time. They were very communcative and were always willing to help explain the things we didn’t understand. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell a house fast! Stacey was awesome from start to finish. She knew what we want before we ever did. She knew we needed to sell our current home to get into our new one and made it happen. Not only that, but in less than 36 hours we were $10k over our asking price. Communication was great and worked with our lender to make sure we were going to have everything we needed and wouldn't run into snags in the process. Hopefully I won't have to use a realtor anytime soon, but if we do, Stacey is getting the call to action again! Thank you!

Amazing experience with Stacey! We were buying from out of state, and Stacey was so helpful in helping us figure out what we were looking for without being familiar with the area ourselves. Once we were under contract, she went above and beyond helping us out with some things we can't do until we make our cross-country move.Closing was smooth and we were very confident everything was moving forward as it should be.
