Linda is the best realtor in WI. We were moving for our jobs, and we needed to sell our home in Appleton, WI. Linda quickly came to help appraise the house and give us advice on preparations. She knows the entire area better than anyone. She worked around our crazy schedule and was always available quickly when we had questions. Following Linda's guidance, our home was listed and we had multiple offers over asking price within a couple days.Linda is a highly experienced real estate professional. We experienced a few challenging situations with different buyers, and Linda coached us through everything. I was extremely happy that we had someone with Linda's experience guiding us. Linda is the star of the Fox Valley! She knows everything there is to know about the area. She has a super sharp eye for any fault in the house and doesn’t beat around the bush. She is an honest and amazing realtor. We used her for relocation from California to Wisconsin and then used her again to sell our home for another relocation. I promise you she won’t let you down!

Linda and her team are fantastic. We were relocating to the Appleton, WI area with very little knowledge of the neighborhoods and surrounding towns. Linda figured out what we were looking for very quickly. She knows the area very well. She worked around our crazy schedule and was always available quickly when we had questions. She filtered the available homes down to ones that she knew we would be interested in, which saved us a ton of time. We found a home that we absolutely love, and it happened quickly. We highly recommend that anyone looking for a new home should work with Linda and her team. They are excellent.

Linda was fantastic to work with!! I had to sell both my mothers home, my home and find a new home closer to work. It was a very emotional time for me but Linda took all the stress away because she was level headed, very knowledgeable and compassionate. She has years of experience in real estate as well as the building industry which proved to be invaluable. Linda took care of all the details to make these huge life changes as painless as possible. If I ever need to sell my home, she will be the first person I call!!

I don't even know where to begin... Linda is simply AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgeable and always well prepared. She knows everything about the houses that she shows you and if there is something she is unsure of she was able to get the answers immediately. I really don't think Linda ever stops working, she was up emailing back and forth until about 11:30 p.m. one night after showing me houses in the afternoon and was back at it again for me the next morning by 5:30a.m. throughout my closing process (and this was on a Sunday!). Linda is always looking out for YOUR best interest and constantly giving you advice about homes and her recommendations. She truly treats you like a family member or very close friend while showing you homes and giving advice, not just another client. I truly could go on and on about everything she helped me with and how she always put her personal life aside to help me out; whether it was just responding to an email, recommending houses to me, answering questions I had, or getting me into houses that I wanted to take a look at. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the home I purchased and it is all thanks to Linda!

My husband and I were in a bind, due to the economy we had to sell our home/farmette and I was 6 months pregnant!! We tried doing it ourselves but no luck...until we contacted Linda Sanderfoot who we met at a different open house when we were looking for homes. She came over to our place and was all prepared with her research, knowledge and she was very personable. We felt very comfortable with her from day one. Linda was always there for us and whenever we had a question or an open house we had to see or an open house on our house we were selling, she was always quick with a response or guidance for us. We had our house/farmette sold in a month and a half!! We had a lot of different situations with our place but she always did her research and would bend over backwards to get the answers you were looking for. Even when we were trying to find a place, she would always make time for us and show us different homes - one time even 6 homes in two hours!! It was crazy but she helped us along the way with everything and we could not be more grateful that we met Linda during this diffcult time for us. She made us feel like long friends and was very personable. I would recommend anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home to contact Linda, she is one of the best in this field and you won't be disappointed!! Even almost a year later we had some questions on taxes and she was right there again for us. Thank you for everything Linda - we can't thank you enough!!

Linda found us the perfect home! <br/><br/>Relocating from out of state is never easy, but from the minute we teamed up with Linda, she was on the ball and fully prepared to use my visits to the area as efficient as possible. Her insights to the various neighborhoods in the fox valley helped us quickly focus in on the type of property we wanted. Once we narrowed it down, she really helped dissect the pros and cons of the houses in this economy. The best part?Linda was 100% in our corner during the negations, which really decreased the burden of moving. It's nice to know when someone is working for you and your family like their own! We would absolutely use her again...and will. A+

I was the Personal Representative for my parents' estate. I had to sell their duplex and an empty lot in a residential neighborhood during a difficult recession where the housing market tanked. Linda came in with energy, expertise, experience, and realistic optimism and helped me through the entire process. We sold both properties in less time than I expected. She is a tireless worker. She never stops, and I always felt she was working hard for me. Never once did I doubt that I had one of the best realtors working for me. Without question, Linda Sanderfoot is my personal first choice if I ever have to sell a property or purchase a home in the future, etc. We got a fair price. Both parties were pleased. It was the perfect deal under the circumstances.
