Linda was fantastic to work with!! I had to sell both my mothers home, my home and find a new home closer to work. It was a very emotional time for me but Linda took all the stress away because she was level headed, very knowledgeable and compassionate. I don't even know where to begin... Linda is simply AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgeable and always well prepared. She knows everything about the houses that she shows you and if there is something she is unsure of she was able to get the answers immediately. I really don't think Linda ever stops working, she was up emailing back and forth until about 11:30 p.m. one night after showing me houses in the afternoon and was back at it again for me the next morning by 5:30a.m. throughout my closing process (and this was on a Sunday!). Linda is always looking out for YOUR best interest and constantly giving you advice about homes and her recommendations. She truly treats you like a family member or very close friend while showing you homes and giving advice, not just another client. I truly could go on and on about everything she helped me with and how she always put her personal life aside to help me out; whether it was just responding to an email, recommending houses to me, answering questions I had, or getting me into houses that I wanted to take a look at. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the home I purchased and it is all thanks to Linda!
My husband and I were in a bind, due to the economy we had to sell our home/farmette and I was 6 months pregnant!! We tried doing it ourselves but no luck...until we contacted Linda Sanderfoot who we met at a different open house when we were looking for homes.
