Scott made every part of this process from house hunting to closing (and beyond) stress-free, pleasurable, and informative. We felt like we were in expert hands from the moment we first met. Scott was absolutely phenomenal to work with. I was in a very tight spot and I actually worked with several realtors at once because I was looking in different areas. I dont recommend working with more then realtor at a time and be cautious before you sign anything. My whole family trusted Scott to help us find a great house. We had some challenges and hurdles along the way but Scott encouraged me to hang in there. He was very patient with us from beginning to the closing. If it wasn't for Scott and his knowledge of the area we moved to. I don't think we would have found this home. It's a beautiful home and I love it. Scott went above and beyond in the search for a house. He wouldn't let me settle on just anything because I was pressed for time. He wanted the new home to be a good fit for my family. If I had to do this all over again. Scott Timms would be the only realtor that I would be willing to work with. He did his job and he did it very well. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I hear in search of a home. He was born to do what he does.Thank you again Scott. We wouldn't have done it without you.

Scott was wonderful - a very special human being. He helped us buy a home and there were complications and glitches along the way but he was very positive and encouraging. He had to do a lot of behind the scenes work and my husband and I appreciated it very much. He followed up quickly on every communication and was very thorough and professional.
