We were very pleased with the service Stephanie provided with the sale of a condo we owned. We live out of state, and she was extremely helpful with hiring contractors and coordinating needed repairs. Her assessment of the home value was very great, and we ended up getting a little over what we expected.She also helped us with the purchase of a lake house and negotiated what we deemed a fair price. Her knowledge and information about the various lakes and communities definitely helped us to make a better-informed decision. I would recommend her to anyone and when we are in the market again, she will be our first call.

Stephanie helped me sell my house and buy my house and I can’t believe how incredibly easy she made it for me. Her advice to help sell my house and her photographer that she brought in were amazing, I sold my house in about a month for top dollar as the market dictates. When it came to buying my new home, she was always 100% on my team and was looking out for me and asking questions that I wouldn’t even think of. I don’t know when she doesn’t work because she answers all of my text and calls the same day usually the same hour. She is now a trusted friend. There is no better or knowledgeable realtor in our area.
