Heather and her team are wonderful to work with. Both Heather and Aimee go the extra mile to make sure that you and the sale of your house are No. 1 on their list. Within days of her review of the old marketing plan, she put a new one in place, posting ads in the newspaper, featuring the house on The Bart Hawley show, flyers out to the big business in the area and the list goes on. We had more people come thru the house once she took over than when it originally went on the market at the end of March. Ask for Team Heather and you will not be sorry.

Heather was "on the money" in her assessment of our property, what needed to be done to sell it, and what our expectations should be. We were continually updated, and because we had already moved, she made arrangements for the yard to be maintained and the house to looked "lived in". Heather is personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and produces results. An excellent choice for a realtor!

I interviewed 3 different realtors and without any hesitation after my meeting with Heather I knew I wanted her expertise. She was extremely thorough - suggested things that could be fixed, had an open house and had pictures so people could view the entire house on the internet.She was always willing to answer any questions I had, never hesitated to return calls and do whatever was needed.I thought it would take forever to sell the house but within 3 months she had it sold and we had the closing.I would recommend Heather to anyone who wants to buy or sell as she is a very hard worked and gets the job done. I was extremely pleased that she was the realtor I picked and I'm sure she will do an excellent job for you.

Heather is a pro, she was the second realtor we used and we were so thankful we found her! I was a pretty high maintenance client coming off a bad experience with another realtor and she was so quick to respond and calm under pressure. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying. She turned selling our home into a great experience!
