Sally did an amazing job from start to finish. I highly recommend working with her! She was so responsive to all of our questions (no matter how small or how silly) and really took the time to get to know what we were looking for. Her friendliness, professionalism, and flexibility made the process feel easy. I was grateful for all of her guidance when it came to the logistics of working with lenders and contractors too. My husband and I turned to Sally Baird to sell our first home and buy our second home after having a rocky first home buying experience. Sally made this time around SO MUCH BETTER, and we both strongly recommend her for anyone looking for a home in the Bloomington, IN area! Her friendly, professional demeanor immediately put us at ease during our first meeting and was maintained throughout our time together. She was a great listener, making sure she understood our wants and needs in a new house, and very honest/frank when asked for her opinion. She always had a quick turnaround to schedule house visits and answer questions and made sure that our homebuying process stayed organized and on track. Her suggestions and recommendations for everything we asked about from home photographers to mortgage lenders to the asking price for our first home were spot-on, and her extensive real estate experience in the local community speaks to that. Sally was recommended to me, and i'm so glad I chose her as my realtor! I was a first time home buyer, and had no idea what I was doing, and Sally was helpful and amazing the whole time. She listened when I told her what type of property I was looking for, and whenever there was one like it in my price range she would let me know immediately. The housing market in Bloomington is intense, and properties sell fast, so you need a realtor that keeps an eye out, and Sally does that. The only reason I now have a house is because Sally was fast at getting me a showing and putting in an offer. She keeps you in the loop, is always fast at responding, and is experienced in her field. If you need a realtor, you will not be disappointed going with Sally!

Sally is wonderful! We were nervous about selling our home in a rural area. Sally did a walk through and gave us great ideas on how to rearrange a few things. We had 3 offers on our house after only 2 days of it being on the market!! Sally also helped us find our dream house! She is quick to respond, easy to talk to!! We loved working with her!!

Sally helped us find the PERFECT home. Even when we felt like everything was stacked against us (first time homebuyers from out of town, a quick-sell market, etc), Sally was very responsive and reassuring through the whole process. Sally’s suggestions for what offer to make, combined with her reputation among other realtors, led to the seller accepting our offer amongst many other great offers. There’s no way we would have got this home without her. Highly recommend!!

Sally Baird was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of selling our home. She did a walk-through of our home at the beginning and made helpful recommendations as to what we might do to prepare for listing. She shared a list of people who provided services, such as painters and cleaners, whom she trusted and who were very reliable.She was honest and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the entire process, she was patient with our questions and concerns, and did a great job of explaining the often complicated language of the contracts. Sally always gave us a sufficient heads up prior to showings and inspections, and she stated clearly our options during the contract negotiation. We would recommend her as a realtor without hesitation. We were very thankful to have her with us every step of the way.

There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful it was to work with Sally. Her attention to detail was one of the qualities that stood out right away. Her attention to detail showed through in the way she spoke making sure that we understood everything. When explaining things, she noticed right away if things were not clear and expounded on things until it was understood. She explained things with a "teacher's heart". Her response time was amazing. She understands that it is hard to wait for answers and that the process of buying and selling a house can be stressful and she did everything to make sure all of our questions and concerns were answered and answered quickly. When she wasn't available right away we always received a text explaining when she would be available. She knows the process inside and out. Any question we had she had an answer. It was not just a quick, off the cuff kind of answer. She is extremely knowledgeable. She understands the market, how it works, what needs to be done to get a house ready for sale. She understands that time is of the essence. We felt very confident with Sally and would recommend and ask her to represent us again in the future.
