Jeff was extremely easy to talk to and was very relatable. He really helped in the decision making on how we should sell our house. Without Jeff's advice and help we would have missed out on tens of thousands of dollars on the sale of our house. Going into the sale, we did not think we would come close to the listed price he had suggested.
