I recommend Deb to everyone I know. She is the best. She is always willing to show me a house whenever I call her. We were building a house several years ago and she found us a rental when our house sold right away and then a couple years later she found a buyer for our house without even listing it.

Absolutely incredible experience. I have worked with several realtors on both sides of real estate procurement, and Deb is far and away the best realtor I have met. Her work is direct, honest, practical, and efficient. She sold my home with such ease that I thought it was too good to be true - turns out, she's jus that good! I hope I have the chance to work with her in the future and will recommend her to anyone I can.

Deb has helped us buy two houses, one in Bloomington Indiana and the other in Unionville Indiana. Her knowledge of the local market is unsurpassed. We had only one week to find a house in Bloomington, and she found us exactly what we were looking for. She is available to answer questions even after the sale is complete - it’s been 8 years and I still ask her for repairman/electrician/plumber recommendations!
