ReNae Davis is an amazing realtor, so detail oriented, never dropped the ball, and was always on top of the next item that needed attention. She "talked me off the ledge" a couple times and kept the end goal front of mind. I felt like I could 100% share all my worries in a very complicated sale. Her team helped me visual the staging from the eye of a buyer. I remember thinking.... "wow, I could have been living with a minimal, clean lined house for the past 20 years!" ReNae was a consummate professional as well as an emotional rock during a complicated purchase of a home and the sale of two homes. We have never experienced an agent that not only knew the process so well but also worked as hard.
