Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first and had a never-ending list of questions. Morgan was so wonderful to work with and truly made us feel at ease and informed throughout the whole process. She was available at a moment's notice, even writing up offers for us while on vacation. With the competitive market we were buying in we were viewing homes within 24 hours of listings going on the market. Morgan always made herself available for showings and came to each knowing stats and comps to answer all of our questions. She guided us through each step from beginning to end, connected us with valuable resources along the way like our lender and home inspection company, and made us feel confident in our purchase. It was a great experience and we will definitely recommend Morgan to our family and friends! Thank you so much Morgan for helping us find our first home!

She was excellent. We looked at several houses while in town and she was so patient and helpful. And after we left, she was still doing great work for us, and found our house. We trusted her judgement, and put an offer on a house from a zoom call with her. We now live in that house and love it and are grateful for her help, advice and knowledge!

We purchase our house using Morgan 5 years ago, so when we were ready to sell she was there to help! Our house was very unique, but that did not stop Morgan! She was always there to answer any questions for us and we were able to get our house sold!

Morgan was absolutely wonderful to work with!!!! Her knowledge of the industry as well as her ability to network made her several steps above other realtors! Morgan was always available at anytime no matter the hour of day to respond to a text or call! We felt quite hopeless as we were going into year 3 with trying to sell our house and Morgan never once made us feel discouraged and was successful in making the sale happen!! I highly recommend Morgan and her team! You will not be disappointed!

I feel like Morgan really knows the business and she provided great advice and guidance throughout the process. I had never sold a house and she calmly walked me through each step and was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. Morgan and her team arranged for two open houses that were well attended and increased interest in my home. I highly recommend Morgan.

Morgan and Jill were professional and responsive. They were very knowledgeable and patient with our many inquiries. Aside from a delay in the process that was not there doing or our fault, they helped my family occupy our new home, until the delay was resolved a week later. They spared me from the headaches they were dealing with from our buyers agent because they respected my time and sanity.
